About Blyth Academy.

We are a thriving private school community located in the heart of Whitby. One of the key advantages of Blyth Academy is our commitment to maintaining small class sizes, with an average of only 10 students per class. This deliberate approach allows our dedicated teachers to establish meaningful connections with each student, tailoring their instruction to suit individual learning styles. Our high school students follow a four-term schedule, with only two subjects per term. This structure promotes a deeper understanding of subjects and better prepares students for the post-secondary program of their choice. Ninety percent of our students are accepted to their top choice post-secondary school and eighty-five percent receive partial or full scholarships. We offer grades 5-12 and have online learning available.
