We are inviting Rep, Zone, Academy, and Junior players serious about stepping up their off-season training to join OHA Penticton’s 8-week comprehensive training program that will run July 10th- August 31st, 2023 and includes a one-week Prep and Competition Camp.
Your individually prepared training programs will be designed with your schedule and goals in mind and consist of 25 ice sessions and 33 gym sessions.
