He coaches teams at the highest level for young players in the Okanagan area, prioritizing skill development, fun, and the “3 C’s” – Compete, consistency, and playing connected. Jared emphasizes the importance of pushing kids to commit to discomfort in practice and games and to be accountable. His coaching philosophy helps kids achieve their full potential in a judgment-free environment.
Jared is also a highly sought-after skills coach in the Okanagan, working with NHL, AHL, Europe, Junior, and College players in the summer to enhance their skills. He is excited to bring his passion and expertise to Kelowna Minor Hockey.
